During the long days of summer, the sun doesn't set until almost 9:00 pm, and we have sunlight late into the evening. Leave your worries behind and join us to paddle through the beauty of the lower Spokane River Gorge. The trip starts out on mild water and our departure is timed to take advantage of the wildlife that roams along the riverbank.

Deer, herons, osprey, eagles and even beaver are active at this time of day. As the trip continues, the rapids build in excitement, culminating in the spectacular Bowl and Pitcher and mischievous Devil's Toe Nail. Once we're through all the rapids, we provide complimentary beverages including soda, water, juice, beer, and wine served along with cheese and crackers. Book now for an experience that promises to be rejuvenating and exciting!

Spring/Summer 2021:

For the spring and summer season of 2021, we will operate under whatever Washington State regulations are in place relative to COVID-19 rules for outdoor recreation.  In 2020 these rules did require us to modify our operations including being able to take only one household group per raft.  During the float-trip season, when we also use sit-on-top kayaks, we had little impact since it's easy to maintain physical distancing in kayaks.

We are hopeful that by late May of 2021 we will be able to operate under normal conditions.  In terms of transportation, our plan for 2021 is to continue to avoid group transport by meeting guests at the put-in at Glover Field by the river in downtown Spokane where you will park your car. Washington State rules and CDC recommendations will determine how transport is conducted.  As the season gets closer we will update this information.
