Moving from Hawaii to mainland America, SUP boarding has recently taken inland waterways by storm. On a SUP tour, you'll experience the beauty of the lake while gaining core strength as you learn to paddle and balance on your board. We have professional guides who will teach you the basics of paddling, and once you get the hang of it, they will take you on a short tour where they share their knowledge of the region and it's history. You're likely to see osprey, blue herons and bald eagles as you paddle through our region's paradise.
Our SUP lessons meet at the ROW Adventure Center in downtown Coeur d'Alene. We are happy to store any valuable items in our office while you are out on the water (wallet, cell phone, purse, etc).
After everyone has arrived, your instructor will lead you down to the lake with your SUP equipment to begin the lesson. At the conclusion of the lesson, you will head back to the ROW Adventure Center to retreive any personal items you left with us. We are also happy to rent you a SUP board for more practice and fun on the water.
